1. How do I know which product is right for me? Start with the free Mortgage Ready Checklist. It shows you exactly where your file stands. From there the right next step becomes obvious you’ll either need to work on your numbers or you’ll be ready for eyes on your actual file.
2. Is this credit repair? No. There are no dispute templates, no deletion promises, and no quick fixes here. This is mortgage readiness education from a former underwriter. Strategy, not shortcuts.
3. How is this different from talking to a lender? A lender gets paid when you close. Lisa has no commission on your transaction. She will tell you if you’re not ready yet and exactly what needs to change before you apply. No lender will do that.
4. What if my credit is really damaged, can you still help? Yes. We designed the audit for files with charge-offs, collections, high utilization, and past denials. The goal isn’t to judge where you are. It’s to give you an honest picture and a real path forward.
